Season 2012 at Austrailian Rugby Union (Waratahs facility) in the strength and conditioning department learning from their strength coaches. Worked for the University of Western Sydney as a Researcher in the Sport and Exercise Science field. Regularly compete in powerlifting competitions myself and have 10 years in the health and fitness industry.

Coached multiple powerlifters to success in Powerlifting, provided exercise programming to powerlifting athletes, chief investigator of the research study: 'Effect of boxing training vs. brisk walking on abdominal obesity: A pilot study', provided boxing training to participants assigned to the boxing group in the study, personal trainer to young and older participants in research training studies Currently competing in Powerlifting, highest total of 490kg (170/95/225) at 79.85kg body weight, represented Australia at the Oceania Powerlifting and Bench Press Championships (2013). 3 years experience in the health and fitness industry.
